Our platform accepts different currencies and is available in multiple languages. We believe that our fee reflects the value of the time, convenience, and peace of mind we provide. However, if the user prefers to handle the process independently for financial reasons, they should bear in mind that many governments have their own official services.

Delivery Policy

We know that the traveler’s time is important, and we work to provide a service that is as agile as possible. The processing times we indicate are based on the average times typically taken by government authorities to process visa or electronic authorization applications. These timeframes are calculated from the moment we correctly receive all the necessary information and documentation from the applicant until the applicant receives their authorization. Although our team acts diligently to move the process forward as quickly as possible, you should keep in mind that the final processing times depend on the competent authorities.

The processing time for e-Visas or electronic authorizations may take up to 5 days. In any case, our team starts the procedure as soon as the application has been properly registered. Once approved by the competent administration, the documentation is sent to the client by email as soon as possible.

Transaction Currency and Price of the Contracted Services

The services may be displayed in the currency corresponding to the procedure or the destination country. However, in compliance with Spanish consumer regulations, where applicable, an approximate equivalent in euros will also be shown next to the main price for informational purposes only.

All of this is in accordance with Royal Decree 3423/2000, of December 15, which regulates the indication of the prices of products offered to consumers and users.

Therefore, the amount of each service shall be the one expressly indicated at the time of contracting on the website.

Statement of Responsibility

By submitting an application through our processing service, you declare under your responsibility that, to the best of your knowledge and belief, all the information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Likewise, you accept that the supply of false, incomplete, or inaccurate data may result in the rejection of the application, legal consequences, or even denial of entry into the destination country. Recurring Billing
